  • The price of Malaysian is for MyKad holders only and International is for Non-MyKad holders.
  • The Duo Splash Adventure package is for 2 (TWO) requires 2 (TWO) persons enter together on the SAME DATE only.
  • Each purchase of a WaterWorld ticket includes 1 (ONE) complimentary ticket to London Village. Entry together on the SAME DATE only.
  • This package is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account (My e-Tix). Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app.
  • Floats are available for FREE. No extra charges.
  • Proper swimming attire is required.
  • NO outside food and drinks allowed into WaterWorld, except baby formula.
  • No refund due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.
  • NO REFUND or exchange of ticket to cash after purchase transaction is completed.
  • The Multi-Entry Pass wristband allows UNLIMITED access to WaterWorld for the same day upon your request.

General Operating Hours:

WaterWorld

  • Mondays to Fridays: 11am - 6pm
  • Saturdays to Sundays / Public Holiday: 10am - 6pm

London Village

  • Mondays to Fridays/ Weekends / Public Holidays : 10am - 11pm

General :

  • Adult: 11 years old & above and below 60 years old
  • Child: Above 90cm and below 11 years old. (MUST be accompanied at all times by a PAID ADULT aged 17 years and above)
  • Infant: Below 90cm (Free entry subject to safety rules and regulations)
  • Senior Citizen: Above 60 years old (Child price applies for senior citizens)
  • OKU/Wheelchair user/Pregnant mom: Entry to i-City Theme Park rides and attractions for OKU/Wheelchair user/Pregnant mom guests is subject to the safety regulations and terms and conditions of the park. Kindly call in for further enquiries.
