Terms & Conditions

All transactions are in nomination of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.

1. All transactions in i-City Theme Park are done CASHLESS. 

2. All transactions performed online must be at least 1 HOUR BEFORE the preferred visit date.
   

3. Payment made does not mean that the transaction has been accepted. A confirmation ticket via email will only be sent for purchases accepted/processed/verified by the bank/payment gateway and the payment status is cleared. 

4. i-City shall not be responsible or liable for any damages (whether, direct, indirect, special or consequential), late or non-delivery of tickets, loss, embarrassment, goodwill expenses or loss of profit incurred or suffered in any circumstances such as:

   • Any access, use or inability to access or use this website and/or any other website linked to this website 

   • Any failure, delays in transmission, interruption, errors, omission or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software or terminal of i-City or of its affiliated payment gateway; 

   • Attack or interference by any computer virus, corruption, worms or by any person

   • Improper use or unauthorised use of this website including guest(s) user ID and password or any other security codes 

   • Any non-compliances of request, inaccuracies, errors, defects of any content of this website or other websites linked to this website

   • Destruction or alteration of request, data or information transmitted to i-City or its affiliates' website

   • Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control

   • Incorrect email address 

   • During non-banking day

5. All transactions/purchased tickets is NON-EXCHANGEABLE and/or NON-REFUNDABLE for cash or any other items.

6. Purchased tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE. For security purposes, i-City reserves the right to check and disallow the redemption of ticket if the redemption is not collected by the guest(s) as stated on the identification card (IC) or passport on the redemption ticket.

7. No replacement or extension will be given for any stolen, lost, damaged and/or expired ticket or any other circumstances. 

8. Redemption of ticket must be in ONE transaction only. No partial redemption allowed (eg. if you purchased 3 adults tickets, you will have to utilize/redeem all the 3 tickets at any one time and if you purchased the Combo with 2 attractions, you will have to utilize all the 2 tickets on the same day).

9. Kindly present this ticket voucher at i-City online ticketing counter (next to SnoWalk) for redemption with identity card or passport.

10. i-City reserves the right not to honor any online sales transaction if there is a reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if inaccurate and incomplete information was not provided at the time of transaction.

11. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at anytime without prior notice.

12. The Management reserves the right to close any ride and attraction, cancel / postpone showtime or event at any time for technical or operational reasons including inclement of weather.

13. The owners and management of i-City Theme Park shall under no circumstances whatsoever to be held liable for any injuries, loss or damage to property and persons, however it caused.

14. Entry to the rides and attractions in i-City Theme Park is subjected to the height and weight restrictions imposed for the safety of guests.
