It's been 65 years since then. The sound of a joyous seven-times Merdeka chant reverberated across The Merdeka Stadium on 31st August 1957, and can still be heard today. On this day, Malaysians from all backgrounds, races and religions celebrate together harmoniously because this day was the day that Malaysia was free from the British. Thanks to Malaysia's then Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman. Now, independence day is celebrated every year without fail.

Not to forget, there will be a live band to make your day even more colourful while enjoying great food and view. Our food truck is waiting for you from the 19th to the 28th of August, every Friday to Sunday, and from the 30th to 31st of August 2022.
