    • This package is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account (My e-Tix). Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (i-City SuperApp)

    • Prior to entering Fun Fun, all visitors (or their parent/guardian if under the applicable age) must complete a "Waiver Form."

      Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by:

      • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
      • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).

    • Every individual are request to follow the rules and instructions given by the park attendants in Fun Fun.

    • Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.

    • Participation in Fun Fun activities is at your own risk. The park is not liable for incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions. Any accidents or injuries resulting from a visitor's violation of these Terms and Conditions or park rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.

    • Fun Fun does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.

    • Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. Fun Fun is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

    • NO outside food and drinks allowed in the park.

    • NO SMOKING inside the park. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also NOT allowed.

    • Jewelry or sharp objects are NOT permitted in the park. Participants should refrain from wearing or carrying loose items such as steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in their pockets.

    • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.

    • No refunds will be issued due to attraction maintenance, closures, or inclement weather.

    • This offer is available ONLINE and i-City SuperApp only.

    • Visit date has to be BEFORE 1st January 2026.

    • Child: Any individual 90cm in height or taller, and up to 16 years of age. Note: Children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (11 years or older) at all times.
    • Adult: Any individual aged 17 to 59 years.
    • Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older. Note: Adult pricing applies.
    • Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
    • OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.
    • Individuals with Disabilities (OKU), Wheelchair Users, Pregnant Women, Heart Condition: Entry for individuals with disabilities (OKU), wheelchair users, pregnant women and individuals with heart condition is subject to the safety regulations and general terms and conditions of i-City Theme Park. Please contact us directly for further inquiries.
