• Rate is applicable for Adult / Child / Senior Citizen.
• The price of Malaysian is for MyKad holders only and International is for Non-MyKad holders.
• This package is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account (My e-Tix). Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app.
• Ticket entry is VALID for SAME day only.
• Every visitor to fill up "WAIVER FORM", which must be completed by adults or parents/legal guardians, before entering the park.
• Every visitor must be worn "GRIP SOCKS" (socks with rubber layer underneath) at all times in Digital Sports Arena. This grip socks is excludes in ticket price and require to be purchase separately.
• Locker rental fees is applicable.
• Subject to safety height and weight guidelines for specific activities outlined by the park.
• Please put off your shoes before entering the park.
• Visitor inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.
• Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
• Any accidents resulting from violations of the above rules will be the responsibility of the visitor. The park is not responsible for incidents not related to equipment quality.
• The park is not responsible for supervision. Parents are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing, and the park is not liable for any losses.
• Parents must ensure the safety of their children upon leaving.
• NO outside food and drinks allowed in the park.
• NO SMOKING inside the park. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also NOT allowed.
• No refund due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.
• NO REFUND or exchange of ticket to cash after purchase transaction is completed.
• This offer is ONLY available ONLINE.
• Visit date has to BEFORE 1st Jan 2025.

General Operating Hours  : 

• Mondays to Fridays: 10 am - 11pm 
• Saturdays to Sundays / Public Holiday: 10 am - 11 pm

General :

• Adult: 11 years old & above and below 60 years old
• Child: Above 90cm and below 11 years old. (MUST be accompanied at all times by a PAID ADULT aged 17 years and above)
• Infant: Below 90cm (Free entry subject to safety rules and regulations). NO prams allowed into Digital Sports Arena.
• Senior Citizen: Above 60 years old (Child price applies for senior citizens).
• OKU / Wheelchair user / Pregnant mom / Heart Disease / Hypertension:  STRICTLY NO entry to Digital Sports Arena for safety reasons. Kindly call in for further enquiries.
