  • PACKAGE DETAILS

    1. Definitions and Age Categories

    • Infant: Any individual below 90cm in height and below 12 months of age is free entry with the purchase of at least one (1) Adult ticket for the same attraction. Proof of child’s age ID must be presented upon request.
    • Toddler: Any individual below 90cm in height and above 12 months. Note: Toddler MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
    • Preschoolers: Any individual 90cm in height or taller, aged 1 and up to 5 years of age. Note: Preschoolers MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
    • Young Adventurers: Any individual aged 6 to 16 years. Note: Young Adventurers MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (17 years or older) at all times.
    • Adult: Any individual aged 17 to 59 years.
    • Senior Citizen: Any individual aged 60 years or older.
    • Age Determination: Age is determined based on the year of birth.
    • OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities.

    2. Pricing and Entry

    • Nationality: Package prices are applicable to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian visitors.
    • Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at the attraction for entry.
    • Specific Date: Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase.
    • Valid Ticket: All visitors inside MySports must possess a valid ticket and wear the issued wristband.
    • Special Promotions:
      • MySports Duo Package (Malaysian): Requires two (2) Malaysian citizens to enter together on the same date.
      • MySports Family Package (Malaysian): Requires four (4) Malaysian citizens to enter together on the same date.
      • MySports Duo Package (Non-Malaysian): Requires two (2) non-Malaysian citizens to enter together on the same date.
      • MySports Family Package (Non- Malaysian): Requires four (4) non-Malaysian citizens to enter together on the same date.
    • Multi-Entry Pass: The Multi-Entry Pass wristband provides unlimited access to MySports on the same day.
    • Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used.
    • Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00.

    3. Mandatory Waiver Form

    • Waiver Required: Prior to entering MySports, all visitors (or their parent/guardian if under the applicable age) must complete a "Waiver Form."
    • Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by
      • Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves.
      • Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age).
    • Failure to comply will result in denied entry.

    4. Safety and Conduct Rules

    • Physical Condition: All individuals must ensure they are in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities.
    • Grip Socks Required: All individuals entering MySports must wear grip socks that meet MySports' safety standards. These socks are included in the ticket price.
    • Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by MySports park attendants and queue in an orderly manner.
    • Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the premises
    • Assumption of Risk: Participation in MySports activities is at your own risk. The park is not liable for incidents unrelated to equipment quality or malfunctions. Any accidents or injuries resulting from a visitor's violation of these Terms and Conditions or park rules are the sole responsibility of the visitor.
    • Supervision: MySports does not provide supervision. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
    • Personal Belongings: Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. MySports is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
    • Prohibited Items:
      • Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted within MySports.
      • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
      • Prams and Wheelchairs: Prams/Wheelchairs are not permitted inside MySports.
      • Jewelry and Sharp Objects: Jewelry and sharp objects are not permitted. Do not wear or carry loose items like steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in your pockets.

    5. Accessibility and Health Considerations

    • Individuals with Disabilities (OKU): Individuals with disabilities (OKU) are welcome at MySports but MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian at all times. Individuals with mobility disabilities are not allowed to enter, as the venue is not suitable.
    • Pregnancy and Medical Conditions: For their safety, pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are advised not to participate in MySports activities. If you have any concerns, please consult with your physician before visiting.

    6. Refunds and Exchanges

    • No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete.
    • Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to attraction maintenance, closures, or inclement weather.
