• The price of Malaysian is for MyKad holders only and International is for Non-MyKad holders.
  
• This package is redeemable by using our mobile app with the download i-City SuperApp from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your ticket will be credited to your account (My e-Tix). Proceed to each attraction and flash the QR code from the mobile app. (-City SuperApp)
  
• Every individual must make sure that their physical condition is good and competent for participating in the corresponding amusement activities
  
• Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises.
  
• Any accidents resulting from violations of the above rules will be the responsibility of the visitor. The park is not responsible for incidents not related to equipment quality.
  
• The park is not responsible for supervision. Parents are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing, and the park is not liable for any losses.
  Parents must ensure the safety of their children upon leaving.
  
• NO outside food and drinks allowed in the park.
  
• NO SMOKING inside the park. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are also NOT allowed.
  
• No refund due to maintenance, ride closure and inclement weather.

Weekend (Including Public Holiday & School Holidays) : 5 pm - 12 am

General

• Adult: 17 years old and above (determine by the year of birth).
  
• Child: Above 90cm and below 16 years old (determine by the year of birth).
  
• Infant/Toddler: Individual below 90cm (adult price applies for infant and toddler).
  
• Senior Citizen Above 60 years old& (adult price applies for senior citizens).
  
• Individuals with Disabilities (OKU): are allowed to enter but MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult or a guardian. Individual with mobility disabilities are NOT RECOMMENDED to enter, as the venue may not be convenient for them.
  
• Prams & Wheelchair are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into MySports.
